We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing Customer Delivery team for a temporary position for 6-12 months at ThetaRay.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our customer-facing functions by streamlining, optimizing, and evolving operational processes. You’ll help shape the way we work by analyzing key customer metrics, administering essential systems, and driving operational excellence across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery teams to manage, improve, and scale delivery processes.
  • Support Delivery leadership and client-facing teams in enhancing productivity, visibility, and efficiency within the Customer Success organization.
  • Define and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators such as Customer Health, Churn, and Time to First Value.
  • Act as a system administrator and subject matter expert for Delivery platforms, including Monday.com and Salesforce, ensuring optimal configuration and usage.
  • Lead and execute projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and automation throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Continuously assess and refine system workflows and adoption to ensure they meet evolving team needs.
Requirements

Up to 2 years of experience in Operations, Systems Integration, or Business Applications Implementation roles.

Hands-on experience with Monday.com - MUST; familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.

B.Sc. in Information Systems or a related field.

Strong skills in Excel and workflow automation tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, or Planhat – an advantage.

Understanding of Customer Delivery, Onboarding, and Customer Success processes and metrics.
