We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Solution Expert to join our Solution Experts Team and play a key role in driving strategic partnership with our customers.

 You’ll work closely with the Senior Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processes, while also supporting strategic initiatives that help scale the business. If you're a Solution Expert with strong tech background, global mindset, and a proactive approach — this is your opportunity to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Post-sales technical expertise:

-Supporting implementation teams for high-complexity deployments.

-Managing and optimizing Customer Requests (CRs) and Service Requests (SRs).

-Leading Rapid Response initiatives for critical customer support.

-Delivering internal training to drive knowledge self-sufficiency.

  • Collaborative Pre-sales support:

-Leading expertise for complex POCs for complex projects.

-Consulting on customer discovery, scope definition, and tailored solutions.

-Working with the SC team on complex sales cycles.

  • Strategic Contributions:

Providing market feedback to the Product team.

Representing the company at key customer meetings and events.

Requirements

-Solid Experience of 3-5 years as a Pre/Post-Sale engineer working with financial customers (Banks, Fintech companies, etc)-Must.

-Technical background-Must.

-Experience from Banks or Fintech companies-Must.

-Experience in machine learning and or AI - advantage

-High level of English-Must (working with Global customers).

-Willing to travel up to 30% of the time to EMEA-Must.

-Working days: Sunday to Thursday (occasional calls on Fridays).
