What will you do
Communicate directly with customers (Via email and phone) regarding various billing issues.
Keep an accurate record of customers accounts and outstanding balances and ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
Execute billing tasks, verifying invoices and credit memos in accordance with customer agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Customer Success and Operations, to gather billing information and support business needs.
Analyzing billing \ revenue data and consolidation periodical information.
Support billing requirements and billing reconciliation issues as well as supplying customer documentation.
Contribute to the team’s mission to improve data flows and optimising processes.
Generating billing reports and analysis.
Requirements
2 years of experience in billing- Must
Proficient in Microsoft Office (XLS\PPT)
Fluent English
Experience working with global teams
Netsuite Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Data analysis skills and good business instincts.
Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities Service oriented
Fast learner
Self-driven but able to take direction and drive results with direct and cross-functional teams
Preferred:
Salesforce Experience.
Bachelor’s degree
