As an R&D Program Manager, you will play a key role in managing complex Agile technology projects as well as help shape the way teams are working in Agile.If you are a program manager superstar with a can-do attitude, who loves to get stuff done and is passionate about your work, come and join our team and make an impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • The R&D Program Manager will take an active part in the domain leadership; constantly shape and improve our way of work to support the domain and company business needs

  • The R&D Program Manager will be responsible for the central planning and execution, release, and adoption of technology projects

  • Leading cross-functional and cross-organizational projects and initiatives to support the business goals

  • The R&D Program Manager will work closely with tech teams and product managers and will support and improve the entire development lifecycle.

  • The R&D Program Manager will serve as an Agile coach and will be leading teams to success while adopting it;

  • The R&D Program Manager will be constantly communicating with multiple stakeholders to increase transparency and visibility; product management, operations, top management, etc.

Requirements:

Skills and experience:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in Program management/ PMO

  • Profound project management experience in the software industry

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience in Jira administration

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Decision making, task prioritization, and on-time delivery capabilities

  • Lead without authority skills

  • Independent, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge in quality methodologies / CI / CD– advantage

  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
