Design System Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Design System Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in evolving and maintaining Penta, our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all Fiverr products. You will collaborate closely with product designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define, implement, and document design tokens, components, and patterns.

• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Fiverr's design system.
• Collaborate with product designers to identify new components and patterns needed for product development.
• Work with engineers to ensure the accurate implementation of design system components.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation for design system assets, including usage guidelines, accessibility considerations, and best practices.
• Conduct audits of existing products to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement within the design system.
• Champion the adoption and understanding of the design system across the organization.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.

• 4+ years of experience working as a Product Designer or Design System Designer.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems for complex digital products.
• Master of Figma.
• Experience with AI tools and integrations with Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and user interface best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
