• Design new UI/UX features and assets for our games, including sketches, mockups, wireframes, storyboards for animation, and high-quality 2D UI elements.
• Lead a team of two designers and provide guidance and support to the MTX team.
• Take full ownership of your domain - from concept to execution — ensuring smooth and effective delivery.
• Work closely with the Product team in a highly collaborative environment.
• Develop advanced UX solutions - think through how screens should function and what should be placed where to ensure intuitive navigation and usability.
• Design new features and game components that significantly impact the player's in-game experience.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and Product Owners while aligning with the game’s technical and production constraints.
• Create clear documentation and proactively propose innovative UX/UI solutions.
• Communicate effectively with visual designers and developers to ensure design intent is implemented correctly.

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in the gaming industry
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop (PS)
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken – required
• Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
• Equally skilled at developing UX concepts and crafting polished UI elements
• A collaborative team player with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
• Solid understanding of core visual design principles, including color theory, perspective, composition, and shape language
