We are seeking a dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Team lead,  to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our global growth strategy.

In this role, you will lead our global Talent Acquisition team in executing Guesty’s growth strategy — attracting top talent worldwide while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Please Note: This position is temporary for 7 months.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor our global talent acquisition team (EMEA,APAC,US) setting performance targets and providing guidance.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Monitoring the global hiring budgets across departments and making sure all is aligned  internally.
  • Working closely with the internal interfaces , ensuring alignment with global standards and supporting best practices across regions.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for executive positions.
  • Continuously analyze market trends to adapt recruitment strategies and processes across our diverse global locations, aligning with current and future business needs.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring alignment with business growth forecasts.
  • Quickly adapt to changing hiring needs and lead recruitment projects worldwide.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a global team of recruiters in a global tech company
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capability to inspire a high-performing team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and tools.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent level English (a must)
