We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn complex technology into clear, compelling messaging, empower our global sales teams, and bring product launches to life with creativity and strategic thinking. If you thrive at the intersection of product, sales, and storytelling — read on.
Responsibilities
- Sales enablement – Deliver sharp, engaging enablement sessions that make our sales team unstoppable.
- Messaging and positioning – Nail the narrative. Translate product power into messaging for every persona.
- Launch leadership – Own product and solution rollouts in sync with product, demand gen, and marcom teams.
- Competitive insights – Analyze the market and build differentiators that help us win.
- Content creation – From sales decks and datasheets to videos, whitepapers, and webinars (plus the bold new ideas you bring to the table).
- Thought leadership – Be the face and a voice for Pentera — presenting at webinars, events, and industry panels.
- Customer proximity – Join sales calls, stay grounded in real-world feedback, and become a trusted voice of the field.
- 4+ years of cybersecurity experience (bonus points for hands-on technical chops).
- Storytelling skill – You simplify the complex and tailor messages to any audience..
- In-room energy – You light up a room (or Zoom) with confident presentation skills.
- Fluent English – Native or near-native English proficiency—mandatory (both written and verbal).
- Technical marketing – Especially if you’ve been in product marketing, sales engineering, or similar roles.
- Security fluency – You can talk with CISOs, practitioners, and everyone in between.
- Content flair – You’ve written blogs, created decks, built demos, or hosted webinars — and actually enjoyed it.
- Cross-functional charisma – You speak R&D, sales, and marketing fluently and can rally teams to get things done.
