We're seeking a bold, strategic marketing leader to join our journey. This isn’t your average marketing gig. This is a seat at the strategy table, working hand-in-hand with the CEO and leadership to shape perception, build demand, and define the future of retail. You won’t be handed a playbook — you’ll be co-authoring it.
Responsibilities1. Redefine the Market’s Mental Model
- Partner with Sales and the CEO to introduce a powerful new narrative that challenges legacy thinking in retail.
- Develop emotionally resonant messaging that sticks — “fragments of truth” that decision-makers can’t unhear.
- Build and deliver thought leadership content that transcends the product and positions Nexite as a category-defining force.
2. Build ‘Weapons of Influence’ for Sales
- Design high-impact sales enablement assets — including one-pagers, provocative pitch decks, and pain-point-driven custom demos.
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions tailored for specific audiences.
- Use AI and data tools to boost content relevance, quality, and agility.
3. Establish a Voice of Authority
- Develop Nexite’s unique voice in the market — one that is bold, strategic, and insight-led.
- Collaborate on industry articles, strategic presentations, and speaking materials for leadership.
- Lead or contribute to ABM campaigns and social engagement initiatives that reinforce our strategic positioning.
4. Own End-to-End Messaging Strategy
- Align messaging across all touchpoints — from web to sales collateral to executive decks.
- Constantly refine messaging based on market signals, competitor moves, and buyer feedback.
- Drive execution across internal teams and external resources to maintain brand consistency and agility.
- At least two years of experience in a strategic consulting firm
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, high-tech, or retail-tech.
- Proven ability to influence through thought leadership, storytelling, and sales-aligned content.
- A strategist’s brain and a copywriter’s soul — able to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Hands-on skills with tools like Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and AI-based content platforms.
- Strong design sensibility and visual communication instincts.
- High autonomy, creative drive, and obsession with excellence.
- Experience with ABM, social media strategy, or digital campaigns — a big plus.
