Role overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support our global sales team. In this role, you will serve as a key link between Sales and various internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and enabling sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface between the Sales team and other departments, including Marketing, Legal, Delivery, Finance, and others, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Own and manage all sales-related activities and data within Salesforce, including maintaining dashboards, generating management reports, supporting campaigns, and managing integrations with other Salesforce-based systems.
- Provide hands-on support to the global Sales team by coordinating the preparation of proposals, presentations, customer documentation, workshops, and additional sales-related initiatives.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process, and recommend actionable improvements to drive higher productivity and faster deal flow.
- Act as a true owner of your domain: improve processes, optimize data management, and generate actionable insights based on sales data to empower the team.
- Take initiative to recognize the evolving needs of the Sales team and champion operational enhancements that contribute to overall success.
About You:
You are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing sales processes and enabling team success. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy connecting cross-functional teams, and are driven by data, efficiency, and impact.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Revenue Operations team or similar dynamic position
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all levels within the organization
- Experience in data analytics and creating insightful reports using excel or Google sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills to work independently
- Salesforce admin user
- Experience working for international companies
