We are seeking an Office & Employee Experience Manager to join our HR team and lead our daily office operations. The position includes sitting at the reception desk*

This role involves acting as the central point for all office-related matters and managing all our welfare events including volunteering programs. 

Our ideal candidate will be a true people person, fostering positive relationships and contributing to an enhanced work experience. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment. What will you do:

  • First Point of Contact On-Site: Oversee daily office operations, managing inventory, groceries, supplies, and maintenance to ensure a smooth workflow.

  • Vendor Management: Manage the company's vendors, from market research to day-to-day contact, invoice and contract negotiations, cultivating positive relationships with our vendors and service providers.

  • Collaboration with Departments: Collaborate with departments to assess employee needs and consistently enhance the overall work experience.

  • Office Administration: Act as the go-to person for all office-related matters, including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and equipment.

  • Communication with Accounting: Maintain regular communication with the accounting department regarding invoices, billings, and expenses.

  • Welfare Activities: Plan and execute company welfare activities. Play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and healthy work environment by planning and executing a comprehensive range of welfare activities that will enhance the overall wellness and satisfaction of our employees.

  • End-to-end ownership of office and welfare processes - Including creating and maintaining office and welfare protocols.

Requirements

-People lover! You like working with people and shine when your teammates are happy. 

  • at least 3+ Years experience as an Office/operation and welfare Manager, preferably in a start-up environment - MUST

  • Great English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, and coordinate maintenance seamlessly.

  • Ability to collaborate with various departments to assess employee needs and enhance the overall work experience.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills, anticipating and addressing potential issues related to office operations.

  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment and strive under pressure. 

  • Proven ability to plan and execute company welfare activities, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

  • Demonstrated innovative thinking to contribute ideas for continuous improvement in office operations and employee experiences.
