Content and Social Media Manager

Description

We are seeking a talented Content and Social Media Manager to join on of our fintech clients . As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy, creating eye-catching banners, and delivering impactful SMS messages to our customers. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our community through authentic and engaging content.

What you'll be doing

The role requires experience in both copywriting and social media realms:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy based on the company's goals and objectives.

• Creating and writing content for various platforms: customer journeys (SMS, push notifications, banners, emails), marketing website, landing pages, presentations, videos, articles, and blogs.

• Managing social media, developing a clear and sharp marketing language for communication with customers.

• Researching industry-related topics (integrating online sources, interviews, and studies), generating ideas for new and diverse content types.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven work experience in content writing, copywriting, and social media management.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics and technologies. Marketing writing and micro-copy.

• Working across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok (advantage).

• Creative thinking with the ability to translate data into engaging and interesting written words.

• Systematic vision and ability to work independently, accuracy, initiative, and a desire to create rather than just execute tasks.

• Project management skills, ability to lead and collaborate with partners, prioritizing activities with high impact, and driving complex projects forward.

• Portfolio of previous work, articles, and campaigns (including results).
