We are seeking a VP of Marketing for a key leadership role on our executive team!

The VP of Marketing will lead the company's end-to-end marketing strategy, including brand, growth, market penetration strategies, digital management, advertising, marketing communications, partnerships, public relations, remarketing, and shaping the overall customer experience. This role involves managing a dynamic, professional marketing team, working closely with company leadership, and serving as a full business partner in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Build and implement an annual marketing plan and ensure the achievement of defined goals
  • Oversee all digital and media activity — including social media, paid advertising, campaigns, SEO/SEM
  • Manage and execute smart remarketing campaigns to improve conversions and retain potential customers
  • Lead market and competitor analysis to support data-driven decision-making
  • Own the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and overall experience
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, marketing content, and more
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team and company leadership to ensure message alignment
  • Manage external vendors such as advertising and digital agencies
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience in B2C and B2B marketing, including brand and story building
  • Track record of leading marketing strategies and managing significant marketing budgets
  • Experience managing a professional team
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing and remarketing campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong business acumen, creativity, innovative thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Relevant academic degree (Marketing / Communications or similar)
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
