AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Engineer to join our digital banking team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance through cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. In this role, you will be a key contributor in developing intelligent, scalable, and secure AI solutions that transform how customers interact with their bank—delivering smarter, more personalized, and intuitive digital experiences.

As part of the AI team at One Zero Bank, you will be responsible for building AI-driven solutions that answer complex, free-text customer questions—enhancing real-time, personalized banking experiences.

You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment, developing Generative AI systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, AI agent frameworks, and other advanced GenAI solutions.

Our tech stack features include cutting-edge tools such as closed and open source models, LangChain, LangGraph, Lamaindex, , vector databases and AI orchestration platforms (all designed to enable context-aware, secure, and scalable interactions).

• Proven production experience with AI agent architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), judge models, and generative AI technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage RAG document pipelines.
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with evaluation testing and model performance assessment.
• Extensive software development experience, preferably with Python.

• Experience in data science, including both deep learning and classical machine learning models.
• Strong background in natural language processing (NLP).
• Expertise in machine learning engineering, including model deployment and scalability.
