Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

We’re seeking a Marketing Growth & Partnerships Manager to join our high-impact marketing team. This person will lead our brand’s social media strategy, drive influencer and co-marketing campaigns, and own the performance and growth of our marketing partnerships function.

You’ll be at the intersection of growth and brand, managing our online presence, activating influencers and ecosystem partners, and delivering measurable results through these collaborations. You will also be responsible for overseeing the marketing partnerships budget and hitting key KPIs tied to reach, engagement, and partner-led pipeline growth.

Your Arena:

  • Own and execute Chargeflow’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and grow relationships with influencers, creators, and thought leaders in the eCommerce, fintech, and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Lead co-marketing initiatives (e.g., Webinars, Newsletters, etc.) with technology partners, agencies, and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, TripleWhale, Gorgias), leverage platforms such as Crossbeam.
  • Collaborate with internal content, product marketing, and design teams to produce high-impact partner and social campaigns.
  • Own the performance KPIs for marketing partnerships and partner-sourced customers.
  • Track, manage, and optimize the marketing partnerships and influencer budget to maximize ROI.
  • Research and evaluate new growth opportunities through ecosystem relationships and emerging social trends.
  • Report regularly on performance metrics and insights to the VP of Marketing and broader GTM team.
Requirements

What It Takes:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, or social media management - Must
  • Experience with design and content platforms such as Figma, Riverside.fm - Must
  • Engineered viral loops that 10× followers and drive sign-ups, not vanity views - Must
  • Launched creator-led challenges, UGC blitzes, and co-branded drops that flood feeds with share-worthy content - Must
  • Data-first operator who tracks CAC per creator, kills under-performers fast, and reinvests in winners.
  • Demonstrated experience growing brand presence and engagement on social platforms.
  • Experience managing co-branded campaigns or partner/influencer programs with measurable results.
  • Experience from a fast-growing SaaS, eCommerce, or fintech environment - Strong Advantage
  • Strong communication and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision making.
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking performance ROI across campaigns.
  • Big Bonus: Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or direct-to-consumer (DTC) landscape.
