Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior product designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is ambitious and motivated, passionate about solving complex problems and transforming them into simple, engaging experiences. In this role, you will significantly enhance our innovative platform by collaborating with our team to develop effective and engaging design solutions.

• Full Design Process: Engage in the complete product design lifecycle, from UX research and ideation to UI design, addressing complex challenges with creative solutions and a deep understanding of user needs.
• Help develop a comprehensive design system, including design patterns, components, and guidelines. Ensure design consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure that designs are intuitive, straightforward, and user-centric.
• Feature Discovery: Assist in identifying and specifying new features and enhancements to improve product functionality and user experience.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user interactions.
• Design Communication: Clearly present and advocate for design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively justifying design choices and strategies.
• Project ownership: Oversee design projects from concept through to delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with proven expertise in designing SaaS products and complex systems.
• Strong UI capabilities.
• Experience in developing Design systems.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, with strong abilities in visualizing complex data and interaction design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of product design projects, particularly those involving complex systems.
• Ability to work quickly and generate multiple design solutions to address various challenges.
• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices, especially within SaaS environments.
• Self-taught, curious, and a fast learner who responds quickly to new challenges and feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing complex, data-driven platforms for the Fintech industry is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent social skills.
