IT Help Desk- Part Time

We’re seeking a service-oriented and technically skilled IT Help Desk to join our team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our IT systems, supporting employees across multiple geographies, and contributing to infrastructure and security improvements.

This is an in-office, part-time position with working hours from 08:30 to 15:00.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees in Israel, the US, Ukraine, and the Philippines
• Maintain and support office IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and business applications
• Manage IT setup for local and global company events and meetings
• Participate in IT projects involving new technology implementations, standardization, and system upgrades
• Support information security initiatives and contribute to ISO and SOC certification processes

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, in a mid-sized organization (100+ employees)
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with managing cloud-based & SaaS services
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
