You are

A Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) and a key member of the HR team, bringing not just seniority but a deep, end-to-end understanding of the full HR spectrum. You operate independently with strategic thinking and operational excellence, offering hands-on expertise across core HR disciplines—including compensation and benefits, labor law, employee relations, and organizational design. As a proactive and trusted right-hand to the Director of HR, you help shape the strategic direction of the department while serving as a mentor and sounding board for other HR team members. You’re a strong people leader and critical thinker who thrives in high-performing, fast-paced environments, working under tight deadlines and continuously improving both people programs and the HR function itself. Tech-savvy and data-driven, you bring vision, rigor, and a collaborative spirit to every challenge, driving performance, engagement, and organizational growth while fostering a positive, forward-thinking culture. 

You will

  • Act as a trusted advisor for managers, providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and HR policies. 
  • Provide expert guidance in all core HR areas: compensation & benefits, talent management, employee relations, L&D, workforce planning, change management, and HR analytics. 
  • Lead and implement HR initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance employee engagement. 
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to provide insights and make recommendations for talent management and organizational development. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives, fostering a safe environment and enhance organizational culture, for employees to flourish and align with business objectives. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting audits and implementing necessary changes as required. 
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment and implementation of global HR initiatives.  
  • Represent the HR team in leadership meetings and cross-departmental initiatives when the Director is unavailable or as delegated. 
  • Perform Ad-hoc HR projects. 
Work from the Jerusalem office

Hybrid work mode of 4 days a week in office

Requirements

You have

  • Excellent communication, native level in both English and HebrewMust
  • 8+ Years experience in human resources business liaison capacities – Must
  • Experience from Israeli global Hi-tech companiesMust
  • Degree in human resources management, psychology, or similar, a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a proactive nature, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Experience using an HRIS, preferably Workday
  • Tech-savvy, experience using project management tools, strong Excel skills
