Learning & Knowledge Systems Manager (Maternity leave replacement 6 months)

•  Proven experience managing LMS platforms (Docebo preferred).
•  Working knowledge of Guru or similar knowledge systems is a plus.
• Strong content creation and video editing skills (Synthesia experience is an asset).
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS, particularly for newsletter and LMS customization.
• Background in instructional design, enablement, or training delivery.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable juggling technical and creative workstreams in a dynamic environment.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to lead initiatives independently.

 6-month Maternity Leave Replacement

 Hybrid – 3 days/week in office (Ramat Gan)

We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Learning & Knowledge Systems Manager to join our Product team for a 6-month contract.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, learning, and internal communications.

Coro’s AI enabled Modular Cybersecurity Platform is the only one in the industry specifically designed to provide Mid-Market customers with scalable and affordable “enterprise grade” protection for all of their priority threat vectors.  

• Own and manage the company’s Learning Management System (Docebo):
• Handle user management, course administration, certifications, system settings, and technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update internal LMS infrastructure using HTML/CSS customization.
• Lead the implementation and support of Guru, our internal knowledge base:
• Act as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth onboarding and accurate content migration.

 Content Creation & Instructional Design

• Create engaging, scalable learning content using Synthesia and other multimedia tools:
• Write, storyboard, record, and edit videos, quizzes, and certifications for employees and partners.
• Work closely with internal departments to gather technical and functional knowledge, transforming it into effective training.
• Apply instructional design best practices to ensure clarity, accessibility, and learning effectiveness.

 Internal Communications

• Design, write, and distribute a monthly department newsletter, incorporating updates, announcements, and product insights.
• Use HTML and CSS to customize the layout and design, aligning with stakeholder preferences and brand standards.
