Description
Personetics is an enterprise-software growth-phase Fintech start-up. We develop AI-powered solutions helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our team and help create inspiration and intuitive , accessible, pixel perfect UX/UI design, for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development.
Requirements
3+ years experience in relevant field
Background in design ( BA in visual communication or another relevant field )
A talented designer that understands the product lifecycle and is experienced in delivering clear, accessible, top-notch design specs.
Strong aesthetic skills and the ability to combine layouts, hierarchy, typography, and colors.
Key eye for detail
Proficient skills with industry-standard design tools (Figma - MANDATORY) and like to learn about new technologies, products, and workflows.
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Team player, who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm with all kinds of people from different disciplines.
Great at solving complex product problems with a sense for extraordinary design solutions.
Worked closely with product and development teams
Responsive design / Accessibility -an advantage
