We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Specialist to help us crack into new performance-driven activities, starting with commerce affiliation and expanding into broader monetization strategies.
This role sits at the intersection of media buying, data, product strategy, and affiliate monetization, and is ideal for someone who thrives in building new activities from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and scale new performance activities focused on commerce affiliation.
- Lead campaign strategy and execution on Meta with the media team.
- Work closely with product and media teams to develop landing pages, funnels, and tracking mechanisms.
- Help define automation and reporting infrastructure for ongoing optimization.
- Strong experience in media buying, ideally on Meta Ads Manager - Deep understanding of Meta’s conversion attribution, pixel setup, and funnel tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Associates or other affiliate programs.
- Strong product thinking – ability to collaborate with designers/devs to create conversion-driven assets.
- Data-driven mindset with experience working closely with analytics or BI teams.
- Self-starter, comfortable in high-autonomy, high-ambiguity environments.
