We are looking for a highly strategic and innovative professional to join our team as Senior Social Acquisition Manager. To succeed, you'll need to be analytical, technical, and creative, with a deep passion for the digital advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of planning, executing, and reporting on performance campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, conversion, and creative teams to drive efficiency and growth, ensuring we meet and exceed our monthly targets.
Join our dynamic team and help shape the future of performance marketing! The Senior Social Acquisition Manager will work within the Performance Marketing department, reporting directly to the Paid Social Lead.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning, management, analysis, and optimization of large-scale global campaigns from start to finish, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct in-depth data analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive ongoing improvement and optimization.
- Take ownership of campaign measurement and reporting, producing detailed weekly and monthly reports across all relevant channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new advertising platforms and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Creative, and Analytics, to ensure seamless alignment and synergy across all marketing initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for scaling campaigns, translating insights and previous performance into effective media plans.
- Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, including best practices, creative strategies, conversion funnels, and offers, to maintain a competitive edge.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing global campaigns on Facebook
- 2+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing.
- Experience managing other paid channels, such as Google, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat, is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of conversion-rate optimization strategies and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing, and optimizing web funnels to drive conversions and enhance conversion.
- Experience managing monthly budgets in the six-figure range (USD) is required.
- A passion for football and other sports is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is a must, with additional languages like Portuguese, German, or Spanish being a strong advantage.
