About The Position
We are growing and looking to hire an experienced and talented Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
Account payable management - new vendor creation (local and foreign), account payables reconciliation
Foreign vendors tax deduction management
Processing vendor invoices, Payments and Journal Entries in a multi-currencies ERP system
Travel reports and employee reimbursements management
Intercompany reconciliation
Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
Bank reconciliation
Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports
Requirements
Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 3
3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from High tech company - a must
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
Experience with Netsuite – must
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player with a proactive approach
Service-oriented
High level of accuracy and attention to details
