We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Growth Products to join our product leadership team in Tel-Aviv and take full ownership of the growth domain—spanning user acquisition, onboarding, subscription, billing, and expansion. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of our product and business strategy.
You’ll lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our Growth product area, focusing on optimizing the customer journey and driving measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and revenue. You’ll manage a team of talented PMs and collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, payments, and customer success teams. As part of the broader product leadership group, you’ll help shape our product vision and company priorities.

- Lead the strategy and execution of the Growth product area - from first visit to paid subscription and billing.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing Product Managers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver experiments and features that improve the user journey and impact key business metrics.
- Drive product discovery and experimentation across funnels, pricing, onboarding, and payments.
- Own growth KPIs and lead data-driven decisions to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Ensure clear alignment and communication across stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to broader product and company strategy as part of the product leadership team
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in a product leadership role (managing other PMs).
- Proven track record of delivering impactful growth initiatives.
- Deep experience in acquisition, onboarding, conversion, pricing, or payments - ideally in a SaaS or consumer tech environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and experimentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A strong product sense and deep understanding of UX and user behavior.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and translating product needs into technical requirements.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in billing/payments products.
- Technical background.
- SaaS or subscription product experience.
