Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable full-stack developer (3–5 years of experience) to join the CTO office at the heart of company innovation. This isn’t a typical dev role—it’s for someone with a founder mentality: proactive, curious, and eager to build things from scratch.

You’ll work directly with the CTO to implement AI across the organization, build internal tools and new products, and integrate cloud-based AI solutions into our workflows. You should have strong backend experience, be comfortable with frontend frameworks like React or Angular, and ideally have hands-on experience working with AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, etc.).

This role touches every part of the company—so you’ll collaborate with multiple teams, interface with leadership, and play a key role in driving technical and cultural transformation. Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset are critical.

• 3-5 years of experience as Full stack Engineer, preferably working with Nodje JS
• Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering, with at least 3 years in dealing with large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for technology, learning and experimenting with the most new tech stack and AI tools to leverage the R&D processes and outcomes.
