AT&T Israel R&D Center, with its 600+ employees, is the largest outside of the US, yet has the heart of a start-up. The products you’ll be working on here will influence the daily lives of millions of users in the US.
We are looking for a strong leader to ensure full support of our products and happy satisfied customers.
You will be using BI to find anomalies and work closely with the R&D teams to resolve them.
You will be part of a global support teams (Israel and US based) and will work intimately close with R&D teams in a dynamic work environment.
RequirementsProven practical experience leading an R&D support team/group responsible for Mission Critical systems.
Managing day-to-day proactive support and critical events in a production environment.
Change management and release management responsibilities.
Strong delivery capabilities while ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
Experience managing offshore employees.
Technical background in the following:
Cloud and virtualization solutions.
Advantage: familiarity with Mobile device ecosystems
Practical experience with a well-known monitoring and analytics tool (e.g. Adobe, NewRelic).
In addition, the candidate should have these attributes:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment
Highly organized with the ability to lead internal processes
Team player
