R&D Project Manager

A Software company developing Smart IoT products, are seeking an R&D Project Manager to play a pivotal role in their product development process. The ideal candidate will oversee multidisciplinary R&D projects, with an emphasis on managing software development using agile/sprint methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of engineering projects
• Support and guide multiple engineering teams
• Serve as an Agile master, improving team practices
• Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps
• Manage priorities and deliver projects on time and with quality
• Remove obstacles and facilitate cross-team collaboration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
• 4+ years as R&D Project and Scrum Manager
• Experience with hardware, real-time software, cloud, and web applications
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira
• Knowledge of testing cycles and SCRUM/Kanban
• IoT product experience is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
