Position Overview

The VP of Business Development, reporting to the CBO, will play a pivotal role in leading strategic partnerships and accelerating revenue growth in the automotive sector.

This high-impact leadership role requires deep industry expertise, strong technical acumen, and a demonstrated ability to forge high-value relationships with global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and technology partners.

The role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders across sales, product, R&D, marketing, and operations based at our headquarters in Israel.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and next-gen mobility companies
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to shape the product partnership roadmap
  • Drive commercial negotiations and long-term agreements with global partners
  • Support global sales efforts and commercial initiatives across key markets
  • Represent Innoviz at international industry events, trade shows, and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to shape go-to-market strategies
  • Contribute to broader Business Group initiatives such as market research, product definition, and business development strategy
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the automotive or mobility technology industry
  • Strong academic background in Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships and closing complex commercial deals
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with grit and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 50%
  • Strong understanding of LiDAR, ADAS, autonomous vehicles, and sensor technology – a significant advantage
