As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Upwind, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will collaborate closely with our HR and hiring managers to identify top talent, coordinate interviews, and contribute to the overall success of our talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support our recruitment efforts by: screening resumes, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews.
- Engage with candidates through personalized outreach and effectively communicate the company's values and opportunities while creating a great candidate experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing necessary information, timely communication, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain and update our ATS with accurate and current candidate information.
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Hands-on experience in technical recruitment (R&D, Product, Data/Analytics roles).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, a true people-person with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through in a constantly changing environment.
- High level of English — both written and verbal.
- Experience working with Comeet (ATS) — an advantage.
