Python Developer - AI Oriented

Overview

We are looking for a Python Developer to join the AI implementation team. The team is responsible for integrating large language models (LLMs) into software development and organizational processes.

In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining distribution and installation mechanisms to be used by R&D teams across the company, helping them integrate and utilize new tools and methods.

This position requires a self-driven individual who can work autonomously—discovering, exploring, and implementing tools end-to-end, from initial research to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, and monitor the use of installation packages.
• Implement and document LLM tools for Windows and Linux clients.
• Deploy and integrate server-side components and software on Linux servers.
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and product teams to ensure reliable software delivery across environments.
• Assist end-users in implementing GenAI tools for software development.
• Support the evaluation and integration of GenAI tools and technologies.
• Participate in internal GenAI training, proof-of-concepts, and small-scale integrations when applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Python software development.
• Hands-on experience with installer tools (e.g., InstallShield, WiX Toolset, NSIS, or MSI packaging).
• Experience with CI/CD and Docker.
• Linux server administration experience.

Advantageous Skills

• Working understanding of large language models and their on-premises deployment.
• A genuine interest in Generative AI, with a desire to learn and grow into that space.
• GPU architecture experience.
