At eToro, data drives everything we do — and we’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to scale our Product Analytics team and build the insights engine behind our product decisions.
As Head of Product Analytics, you’ll lead a talented team, work closely with Product, Growth, and R&D, and set the strategy for how we use data to create smarter, better user experiences.
What You’ll Own
Lead and Grow the Analytics Function
- Build, manage, and develop a cross-regional team of product analysts.
- Prioritize and oversee the team’s work to meet fast-moving product and business goals.
- Mentor team members, clear obstacles, and create a high-performance environment.
Define Strategy and Processes
- Set the analytics vision and standards across the product organization.
- Create scalable processes through AI for experimentation, user behavior analysis, and product insights.
- Push for quality, consistency, and real business impact in every piece of analysis.
Partner Across the Company
- Work closely with Product Managers (Growth & Core), R&D, and business leadership.
- Ensure analytics stays laser-focused on high-value questions and outcomes.
- Champion a culture of data-driven thinking across teams.
- Analytics Expertise: Strong background in product analytics, user behavior insights, A/B testing, and storytelling with data.
- Leadership Experience: 4+ years leading analytics teams (including leading team leads) and 6+ years overall in product analytics or related roles.
- Strategic and Hands-On: You can zoom out to set vision, but you’re also not afraid to dive into details when needed.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present ideas, influence stakeholders, and lead with empathy.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and a track record of building strong partnerships across teams.
- Action-Oriented: You thrive in dynamic environments and focus on making fast, high-quality decisions.
