Business Operations Specialist , managed services

Fiverr Pro is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join the Managed Services team. We're seeking a strategic professional to collaborate across teams and drive service success.

In this role, you will design and execute a top-of-funnel strategy to increase service awareness, drive adoption, and optimize conversion by leveraging deep insights into user behavior and needs.

• Lead and optimize the growth pipeline – Develop and implement GTM strategies, including product marketing, entry points, and partnerships, while conducting research, identifying opportunities, and executing initiatives to drive adoption and growth
• Lead internal projects & process improvements – Manage and scale key initiatives, build structured workflows, and implement new processes to drive efficiency and enable growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to drive alignment and execute impactful growth initiatives.
• Enhance operational efficiency – Identify opportunities to improve processes, scale internal projects, and optimize service workflows.
• Work with CRM systems – Track TOF performance metrics, monitor key KPIs, and leverage data insights to drive decision-making and improve pipeline conversion.
• Continuously optimize TOF assets – Enhance marketing and product touchpoints to increase engagement and maximize impact.

• 3+ years of experience in project management, business operations, marketing, consulting, or related fields, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, conduct qualitative research, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce with a solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency.
• Deep expertise in marketing funnels, product marketing, and sales operations.
