Product Design Lead

Fiverr is looking for an experienced and visionary Product Design Lead to help shape the future of AI-driven freelance experiences. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary design team and play a pivotal part in defining how AI empowers millions of freelancers and businesses on Fiverr.

As a Product Design Lead, you will lead end-to-end design efforts for high-impact AI initiatives. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and research to deliver intuitive, intelligent, and delightful user experiences. You’ll also guide and mentor a small team of designers.

• Lead the Design of AI Products: Own the strategy and execution of user experiences for Fiverr’s AI-powered tools and features—from ideation to delivery.
• Shape the Future of Work: Define how freelancers interact with AI experiences, personal assistants, and creative tools embedded in the Fiverr ecosystem.
• Drive End-to-End Design Excellence: From product discovery, UX flows, and wireframes to polished UI and interaction design, ensure world-class outcomes.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Content Designers to align on vision, feasibility, and implementation.
• Mentor and Grow Talent: Support other designers on your team, championing design quality and professional development.
• Design for Impact: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and validate your design decisions and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Promote Design Thinking: Advocate for the user and build strong narratives that communicate design rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in product design.
• Experience in designing AI-powered products, including conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, or generative AI tools.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence in UX/UI design and showcases work.
• Experience designing complex, multi-platform digital products (web + mobile).
• Proven track record of leading design processes, facilitating workshops, and driving design strategies.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into UX workflows and product solutions.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of design systems.
