Description

We are looking for a sharp, independent Partner Sales Representative to help us recruit, onboard, and activate new partner channels across key European markets.

This is not a classic sales role. You’re not selling a product. You’re helping professional service providers (accountants, CFOs, financial consultants) offer better value to their clients while earning in the process.

You will work with a clear message, strong product-market fit, and support from our PR, content, and campaign teams. Your job is to drive real conversations, real relationships, and real referrals.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners via email, LinkedIn, and warm intros
  • Handle inbound leads from PR and marketing efforts
  • Schedule and run intro calls to qualify and engage partner prospects
  • Present the FX360 Partner Model: explain the opportunity, the earning potential, and how it works
  • Coordinate partner onboarding with internal teams
  • Follow up, build trust, and turn passive contacts into active referrers
  • Report status, feedback, and insights to continuously improve outreach
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, channel development, or strategic partnerships
  • Ability to conduct business conversations with finance professionals

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Polish, German, or Dutch are a strong advantage


  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Capability to manage multiple leads at various stages of the funnel
  • Confidence in outreach, follow-ups, and driving momentum
  • Clear understanding that success is measured by activated, revenue-generating partners, not just lead volume

Advantages:

  • Experience in fintech, accounting tech, or financial services
  • Background in partner programs, referral models, or similar frameworks
  • Established B2B networks, locally or internationally
  • Knowledge of FX, multi-currency operations, or cross-border payments
