We are seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager to lead and scale our referral, consulting, and solutions partner ecosystem. In this strategic quota-carrying role, you will drive partner-sourced revenue through a co-sell model with top-tier ecosystem partners.

You will own the full lifecycle of the partner relationship end to end, serving as the primary point of contact and stewarding the partnership from initial engagement through to revenue generation and long-term success. This includes supporting the ongoing needs of partners and ensuring strategic alignment with DealHub’s go-to-market priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a SaaS-savvy, entrepreneurial partner manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and has a proven track record managing seat/license-based partner programs.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Management

  • Own and expand relationships with existing and new referral, consulting, and implementation partners.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies with high-potential partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts.

Revenue Generation & Co-Sell Execution

  • Own responsibility for partner-sourced revenue through a co-sell motion with top-tier consulting, referral, and solutions partners.
  • Work closely with DealHub's sales team to advance and close joint opportunities.
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of partner-sourced leads, ensuring consistent deal flow and alignment with revenue targets.
  • Forecast performance against quota, providing visibility into pipeline health and partner contribution.

Program Development & Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Enablement and Success team member to create and maintain the relevant knowledge, sales collateral, and go-to-market resources for your partners.
  • Support the execution of joint GTM initiatives, including partner-led events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic input on the tools and content partners need to succeed, ensuring alignment with DealHub’s growth objectives.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track partner performance, measure KPIs (sourced pipeline, closed revenue, win rate), and report to leadership.
  • Ensure partner compliance with program guidelines, best practices and brand representation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel management roles at SaaS companies (seat/license-based SaaS strongly preferred) - MUST
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role with a strong track record of exceeding partner-sourced revenue targets.
  • Experience in co-sell sales motions with consulting, solutions, or implementation partners.
  • Strong sales acumen - must be a closer, not just a relationship manager.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, partner incentives, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with the partner ecosystem of Salesforce, HubSpot & Microsoft CRM solutions (strongly preferred)
