The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in generating awareness, engagement, and leads through comprehensive demand generation strategies. The ideal candidate will not only manage all digital channels, including social media, HubSpot, and the website but will also possess strong content creation and writing skills to develop compelling gated content.

 

What you’ll do:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive demand.

  • Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and more.

  • Testing and Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to optimize performance.

  • Continuously monitor and refine strategies based on insights and market trends.

Lead Generation:

  • Implement effective lead generation tactics to attract and capture potential customers.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and offers.

Digital Management:

  • Manage all digital channels, including social media platforms, HubSpot, and the website.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital presence and engagement.

  • Marketing Automation: 

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and qualification processes.

  • Create automated workflows for timely and personalized communication with prospects.

  • Stay abreast of marketing technology trends and leverage tools that enhance demand generation efforts.

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.

  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all content.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance and key metrics to assess the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders and recommend data-driven optimizations.

  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.

Collaboration with Sales:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align demand generation efforts with sales objectives.

  • Ensure seamless lead handoff and collaborate on strategies for lead conversion.

Who you are:

  • 3 Years of experience in running, setting up, and optimizing campaigns through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

  • Proficient in managing digital channels, including social media and websites.

  • Proven experience in demand generation, lead generation, and marketing automation in B2B technology companies 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, specifically in setting up and managing comprehensive tracking, measurement, lead journey, and dashboards within the platform.

  • Strong preference for candidates with content creation and writing skills.

  • Must be highly proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Native English speaker- a plus).

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
