NOC Engineer (Student position)

365 Scores developer and operator of online products for sports fans around the world, is looking for a tech savvy, sports lover NOC Engineer to be a part of a team who monitor and control our online operation and services availability which serve millions of users!

Responsibilities

• Monitor and Control our online operation and services availability which serve millions of users 

• Troubleshoot and investigate production Issues

• Assist R&D and QA with extracting details of production issues as they happen

• Support the Operation team with the system

Requirements

Must:

• Able to operate in a 7x24 operational environment (working in shifts - Total 10~ per week)

• Able to handle stressful situations

• Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew)

• Multitasking skills, capable of reacting quickly to multiple problems, and follows established procedures to implement solutions.

Advantage:

• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows environments

• Basic Programming/Scripting Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Web Protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP)

• Databases and SQL

• Experience in NOC/Monitoring Environments

• Love for Sports
