Senior Product Manager - API and Integrations

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our APIs and integrations—a core pillar of how customers connect EasySend into their tech stack and drive value fast.

This is a high-impact role for a PM who is technical, customer obsessed, and thrives on delivering real business outcomes.

About the Role

You’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of EasySend’s APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and  native integrations. You’ll work closely with customers, engineering, design, sales, and partners to drive adoption, improve time-to-value, and make EasySend the easiest platform to integrate with.

You’ll shape how customers extend, embed, and orchestrate EasySend—whether they’re plugging into a CRM, triggering workflows via iPaaS, or embedding our forms in external systems. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for APIs and integrations.
• Talk to customers and partners to understand integration needs and developer pain points.
• Analyze feedback, usage data, and input from Sales, CS, and Support to inform decisions.
• Define KPIs and measure success around adoption, usage, and time-to-value.
• Write clear specs, manage the backlog, and prioritize ruthlessly.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions, fast.
• Partner with GTM teams to support launch, adoption, and developer enablement.
• Serve as the go-to expert on EasySend’s extensibility—internally and externally.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Have 4–6+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in APIs, integrations, or developer platforms—ideally in world-class products
• Have a strong technical background and intuition—you can read API docs, write basic requests, and talk architecture with engineers.
• Understand what developers, IT teams, and integration partners care about.
• Think strategically and execute with urgency—you can see the big picture and sweat the details.
• Communicate clearly—analytically, verbally, and in writing.
• Love working cross-functionally and driving alignment across diverse teams.
• Are energized by customer problems and laser-focused on solving them.
• Stay current with AI advancements and think creatively about how to leverage AI in your product area.
