LevelUP is AT&T program to drive the company’s technological excellence to augment and enhance business outcomes.
We provide a comprehensive framework to enhance productivity & SDLC performance by driving AT&T software delivery teams and dev leaders to adopt a growth mindset, proven practices and tools, and leverage GenAI to boost the SDLC, all while aligning the organization on key priorities.

The Role: Product Marketing Manager
As LevelUP’s Product Marketing Manager, you will be a driving force behind positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our suite of innovative products. These include:
- GenAI solutions to enhance software delivery performance.
- A talent development platform targeted to enhance employees’ skills proficiency;
- A Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI) platform to provide teams and leaders with actionable performance insights.
- Modern delivery platform offering teams with the best in-class development tools.
You will partner closely with Product Managers, Customer Success team, and the go-to-market team members to craft strategies that increase adoption, drive engagement, and clearly articulate the value of LevelUP’s products across AT&T. Customers and main stakeholders are in the United States.
What You’ll Do
- Go-To-Market: Execute strategies for product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Product Positioning & Storytelling: Define clear positioning and messaging that speaks to the needs of AT&T’s R&D teams, software delivery leaders, and key stakeholders. Translate technical features into clear, compelling value propositions and customer-centric materials, to effectively communicate how LevelUP’s solutions solve real problems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and internal teams to refine messaging and promote adoption.
- Customer Insights: Use research and analytics to understand needs, improve engagement, and stay ahead of trends.
- Adoption Campaigns: Build and drive adoption campaigns to increase awareness and engagement with LevelUP solutions across AT&T’s R&D teams (conferences, workshops, marketing material…).
- Enablement: Build and deliver training materials and enablement resources for internal teams, ensuring they can effectively champion LevelUP products.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software, working with and marketing to stakeholders within the US.
- Proven success in launching and driving adoption of innovative products.
- Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and developer tools; experience as a developer or working closely with development teams is a plus.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment in a matrixed organization.
- Experience with data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging analytics to measure and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
