Full Stack Team Leader

A Fin-Tech start-up company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to join her growing engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering scalable, high-quality web applications and backend services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.  
• Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end systems.  
• Develop and maintain robust backend APIs and CI/CD pipelines.  
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.  
• Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and deliver features.  
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the stack and optimize performance.  
• Guide technical decisions and architectural planning.  

• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role in software development.  
• Proven experience with modern front-end (React/Angular/Vue) and back-end (Node.js/Java/Python) technologies.  
• Strong background in API design (REST/microservices) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).  
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).  
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills.  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a SaaS environment.
