Technical Product Manager, Data Science

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of data science initiatives at Fiverr. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML, infrastructure, and applied data science to drive innovation across multiple business areas. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable AI/ML solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integration into Fiverr’s products and operations.

As a Technical PM, you will act as the bridge between business teams, data scientists, and engineering, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and impact. You will drive prioritization, roadmap execution, and collaboration between Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize the business value of our AI/ML capabilities.

• Own the roadmap and execution of AI/ML-powered initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration, collecting requirements from both product and non-product teams.
• Prioritize and navigate incoming requests from multiple teams to ensure the highest-impact projects are executed.
• Ensure smooth operations & execution, including board tracking, project management, and syncing work between teams.
• Oversee model deployment & integration, ensuring AI/ML models are effectively incorporated into production systems.
• Standardize ML frameworks & tools, ensuring scalability and reusability across Fiverr’s data science operations.
• Optimize and standardize AI/ML processes, driving efficiency in infrastructure, model lifecycle management, and evaluation.
• Ensure end-to-end model validation, coordinating between data science, engineering, and business teams.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies for business impact.

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Data Science PM, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of Data Science concepts, including ML models, LLMs, retrieval systems, search technologies model evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience working with engineering & data science teams to define requirements and prioritize projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, including data pipelines, model hosting, fine-tuning, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with MLOps practices and AI/ML lifecycle management.
• Technical background in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering – an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of driving execution in complex environments.
