We are looking for a Sales Engineer based in Israel to partner with our account executives and together, expand Morphisec’s rapidly growing footprint in the region.
We are seeking a self-sufficient, disciplined, motivated, and results-driven experienced Cyber Security Sales Engineer to expand our footprint in the EMEA and APJ territories and serve as a trusted advisor to Morphisec’s prospects and partners, while delivering a first-class end-to-end technical positioning and validation experience of Morphisec’s product and services offerings.
This is a perfect opportunity for a sales engineering professional, ready to make an impact with a disruptive cybersecurity provider in an agile and collaborative environment, where you will play a critical role in shaping the company product strategy, closing business with medium and large enterprise organizations while delivering an excellent technical validation experience and assisting companies in fortifying their endpoint strategy by leveraging a cutting-edge technology to protect against unknown threats, zero-day attacks, ransomware, and in-memory evasive techniques, as well as assisting organizations to reduce their business risk exposure from cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Engineering Execution: Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by leading the technical positioning and validation efforts throughout Morphisec’s sales cycle.
- Progress Sales Engineering: As a member of the Sales Engineering organization, you would assist in developing technical sales methodologies and collateral and help improve the overall customer experience.
- Channel Collaboration: Work closely with Morphisec's partners, assisting in enabling the partners to successfully deliver on Morphisec’s value and qualifying potential opportunities.
- Trusted Advisor: Develop and nurture strong relationships with technical champions and leaders in the region, helping them understand how Morphisec enhances and complements their existing security strategy (EDR/AV/EPP) and validating Morphisec’s product value.
- Product Strategy: Partner with the product and development organizations within Morphisec to capture and relay customer feedback and shape the product roadmap and future.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and success across the sales process, collaborating and partnering on qualifying, positioning, and strategizing throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Product Evangelizing: Partner with the marketing team to support and travel to trade shows, post on social platforms, and blogs to promote Morphisec and related technology.
- 2-5 years in SaaS product Cybersecurity Sales Engineering experience.
- Expertise working with Endpoint Security (EDR, EPP, NGAV) solutions.
- Experience with Windows-based OS architecture and security practices, deployment procedures (SCCM, Intune, GPO, etc.).
- Familiarity with security technologies, concepts, best practices, compliance and regulation frameworks, security operations methodologies, and controls strategies.
- Experience in delivering in-person and virtual presentations, webinars, and thought leadership sessions to both technical practitioners and IT/IS executives, with great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Sales CRM software – Salesforce.
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Linux-based OS architectures and security practices – Advantage.
- Deep understanding and sales engineering experience in Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, and Endpoint security vendors – Advantage.
- Previous experience working for Series A/B/C startups – Advantage.
- Familiarity with malware testing and testing tools – Advantage.
- Availability for 50% travel to customers, events, prospects, and company event
