Technical Operations Manager

As the Technical Operations Manager for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will serve as a critical link between our go-to-market teams and internal systems. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the tools, processes, and data that power our customer lifecycle—from lead generation to customer retention. Your goal is to enhance operational efficiency, ensure data integrity, and enable scalable growth through smart technology and workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems & Tools Management:
- Own administration and optimization of CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (e.g., HubSpot), and integrations across tools.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve team productivity and data flow.
Process Optimization:
- Design, implement, and refine workflows for lead management, sales pipeline, customer onboarding, and lifecycle tracking.
- Ensure seamless handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Automate repetitive tasks and reporting using tools like Zapier, Salesforce Flows, or other relevant platforms.
Data & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, funnel performance, campaign ROI, churn, and retention.
- Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across all systems.
- Provide actionable insights and regular business reviews to internal stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CSM, Product, and Finance to align operations with strategic business goals.
- Act as the point of contact for process improvements, tool usage, and user support across teams.
Project Management:
- Lead operational initiatives such as tool migrations, process redesigns, or onboarding playbook improvements.
- Manage timelines, resources, and communication for cross-team projects.
- 2–5 years of experience in SalesOps, MarketingOps, RevOps, or Technical Project Management in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce & HubSpot required), marketing automation tools, and customer success platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or middleware tools is a plus.
