- Overseeing the development of tools and frameworks that automate deployment, configuration, monitoring, and scaling of applications and infrastructure.
- Designing and enforcing CI/CD strategies and pipelines, working closely with R&D, QA, and system engineering teams to streamline software delivery.
- Setting and upholding high professional standards for development, deployment, observability, and operations within the DevOps domain.
- Defining the long-term DevOps roadmap, including tool selection, architecture evolution, and scalability goals.
- Ensuring availability and stability of customer-facing production environments, proactively resolving incidents, and driving root-cause analyses and continuous improvement.
- Writing and reviewing code (e.g., in Python, Bash, Groovy) and supporting infrastructure-as-code to enhance monitoring, deployment, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with product and business goals.
- Reporting on key DevOps KPIs such as deployment frequency, system reliability, and incident recovery.
- Planning and executing a shift from on-prem to cloud-native platforms.
- Exploring and integrating AI-powered tools to enhance delivery velocity and team productivity.
