We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Innovation team.The Innovation team is responsible for advancing the vision, strategy, and thinking methodologies used to create new products and services, introduce novel or disruptive ideas, improve existing processes and create a culture of innovation within the company. In the coming year, the main focus will be on AI, where the team will build new engines and capabilities across the entire product platform.

In this role you will

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI systems: explain AI systems to product managers and stakeholders, and develop an innovative data ingestion and data transformation architecture while keeping up to date on the latest AI technologies.

• Develop features end-to-end, from design to implementation.

• Take part in creating high-scale solutions for Big Data challenges.

• Have a significant impact on a fast-growing and dynamic product in the BigData world.

• Generate transformative ideas that disrupt industry norms and shape the future:  research market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to identify untapped opportunities. 

• Evaluate, test, and prototype ideas to ensure practicality and feasibility.

• Work and collaborate with Software engineers, Architects, Product Managers, and DevOps to create an amazing product.

Required skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in coding with Python/Java/Go.

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

• An enthusiastic learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.

• Driven by contributing to innovative product development and making a meaningful impact as an individual contributor.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive can-do attitude.

Advantages

• Knowledge and experience with Generative AI solutions development.

• Knowledge and experience with AI technologies engines like Pytourch / Tensorflow.

• Experience coding with Rust / Go / C++.

• Experience with Docker / MongoDB / DynamoDB / Kafka.
