Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR IT Business Solutions Analyst to deliver and support HRIS Business Applications. This role will closely partner with the different HR business units (HR Operations, HRBPs, Recruiting, OD, C&B, etc. ) and requires knowledge and experience with HiBob HRIS as well as HR Talent business processes such as Hire to Retire, Compensation, Engagement, Performance, recognition, recruitment, as well as other HR & Employee processes. The candidate will perform systems analysts and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analyses to translate business needs into effective solutions, adhering to best practices. Serve as a liaison between business units and the Business Applications unit.
  • Partner: partner with business peers and stakeholders
  • HR Solutions: Stay updated with current and evolving HR solutions and best practices including HiBob releases and other SaaS solutions (Both technical and business)
  • Solution Implementation and delivery: Evaluate, design, and implement solutions, providing ongoing user support and guidance.
  • User Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of user satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
  • End-to-End Deployment: Lead deployments from inception to development, ensuring comprehensive global user training and post-launch support.

Qualifications:

  • HRIS Expertise: Min of 3 years of hands-on experience with HR solutions -specifically HiBob, in implementing features and supporting users in HR Talent and Hire to Retire processes.
  • HR Background: Strong HR background, proven experience working in/supporting HR groups
  • Industry Experience: Leverage experience in HiTech environments
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a rigorous approach to systems and data.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to diverse and challenging tasks, with strong organizational skills, work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, resourcefulness, and sound judgment, with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field. - an advantage
  • Service Orientation: A strong service-oriented mindset with a focus on HR operation strategies. Proven ability to gain cooperation and collaborate with others.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
