Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and people-oriented HR Business Partner to join our HR team and support the Product and Technology units – including R&D, Product Management, and UX.
This is a temporary role for a minimum of 8 months, with the potential for extension depending on business needs.
This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to influence organizational culture, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive full-cycle HR processes in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees in the Product and Technology departments
- Lead and execute key HR processes, including performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, leadership development, internal communications, and more
- Provide strategic and operational HR guidance aligned with business objectives
- Identify organizational challenges and recommend effective, tailored HR solutions
- Collaborate with global HR colleagues and lead or contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 3–4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar role) in a global, matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience supporting tech and product teams (e.g., R&D, Product, UX) – a strong advantage
- High-level proficiency in English – both spoken and written
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement
- Strong problem-solving, coaching, and consulting abilities
- Solid understanding of labor laws and employee relations best practices
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and succeed in a dynamic environment.
