What's the job
We are looking for a talented and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our people and business goals. This role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on responsibility for managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across departments, supporting employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Drive and support HR initiatives such as engagement, retention, talent development, and change management
- Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and proactively build pipelines for key roles
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: job profiling, posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to and lead cross-functional HR projects aligned with business strategy
- Enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role – preferably in a tech or global company
- Proven experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end – must
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to build trust and influence at all levels
- Fluent in Hebrew and English – both written and spoken
