HR & People Operations Lead
Location – Hybrid/Tel Aviv office
About the position
Growthspace, an innovative SaaS startup, is seeking a People Operations & HR professional to help us continue to build a culture where employees thrive.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the smooth execution of HR and office operations, ensuring a top-notch employee experience from onboarding to daily engagement. You’ll report directly to our VP of HR and work closely with teams across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities:
● Oversee daily office operations: supplies, vendors, facilities, and equipment
● Plan and manage company events, offsites, and team-building activities
● Support global wellbeing initiatives that boost morale and engagement
● Partner with Finance to support payroll, invoices, and documentation
● Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers
● Maintain and update our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy
● Be the go-to person for employee questions and needs
● Help foster an inclusive, engaging, and connected workplace
Requirements● 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, Office Management, or HR roles - must
● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – a true “people person”
● Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and finance tools (HiBob – an advantage)
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global tech environment
● Fluent in Hebrew and English
