About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will have a background in cybersecurity, a technical foundation, and a proven ability to deliver impactful product solutions. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge products, drive innovative AI features, and collaborate with a highly skilled and tight-knit team.

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Own product verticals, leading their roadmap in alignment with BlinkOps’ goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, field insights, and development team input.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with AI and automation experts to integrate the latest trends and tools into our platform.

Execution & Delivery:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Work hands-on with developers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clarity in implementation.

Customer Focus:

• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales engineers, and field teams to deeply understand user pain points and business value.
• Define solutions that are innovative yet practical, delivering measurable impact for customers.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful products in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is an advantage.
